Terms & Conditions:

1. This is ONE-TIME redemption e-Voucher.

2. e-voucher cannot be shown to the cashier in printed or screenshot form. Only the original web-based evoucher is acceptable

3. e-Voucher can be used to redeem any products listed at www.kimhinkunci.com.my

4. Redeem your e-Voucher only by presenting your mobile phone to the cashier/CS

5. e-Voucher(s) cannot be reissued/extended after expiry. 

6. e-Voucher(s) will be sent to your kimhinkunci.com.my WEB acc after you have registered and made the purchase(s). Remember to check whether you have entered the correct mobile phone number / email before performing purchase(s).

7. We won't be responsible ("liable") for any lost, stolen, expired & cost if someone claim the voucher due to wrongly insert mobile number/email. 

8. e-Voucher(s) shall be delivered via email within 24 hours or the next business day upon successful payment from 9AM - 6PM. (not including weekend and public holiday)

9. E-voucher is neither refundable nor returnable once confirmed/expired.

10. e-Voucher(s) is/are non-exchangeable for cash. 

11. No refund will be given should the purchase amount be lesser than the e-Voucher value.

12. e-voucher cannot be shown to the cashier in printed or screenshot form. Only the original web-based evoucher is acceptable


To Redeem the Voucher:

1. Register and get approved at www.kimhinkunci.com.my web account. 

2. Send your e-voucher(s) receipt purchased by email to mml.mobilelocksmith@gmail.com or WhatsApp to 012-4053622

3. Get the e-voucher(s) charged to your www.kimhinkunci.com.my web account and happy shopping. 


Frequently Asked Questions:

1. You should receive the e-Voucher within 24 hours if your purchased is made from Monday to Friday.

2. However, if you make the purchase after Friday evening or during the weekend, you can anticipate receiving the e-Voucher on the next working day, most likely Monday.

3. If you do not receive your e-voucher within the designated timeframe, please reach out to our Support Hotline at 011-11244886 or contact us via WhatsApp at 012-4053622 (WhatsApp Messaging only) from Monday to Friday excluding Public Holiday and Weekend. We will be happy to assist you in resolving any issue.
